Hi, my name is Gareth. I'm a qualified and experienced personal trainer and strength coach. Throughout my life I have had a passion for sports of different disciplines and have been intrigued and inspired by the impact that nutrition and different training techniques can have on the human body and mind.

Having practiced many different and varied sporting activities from rock climbing to mixed martial arts, kettlebells to yoga I have gained an important insight into the physical demands on the body. I myself have suffered injuries, which could have ended my fitness activities, but with the correct rehabilitation, training and determination I have succeeded in continuing in the way of life that is so important to me. I am now able to pass that passion to others and train them efficiently going from strength to strength.

No challenge is ever too big or too mad….bring on the training!

Through my continuous learning journey I have met, trained and learnt from some extremely inspirational and influential people over the years that have enriched my knowledge and enabled me to provide efficient training methods and knowledge for my clients.
